Green Queen or the Green Goblin?

So I was playing around tonight with a little mac pain pot that a very lovely person passed on to me, my first ever one and I am hooked! It has really gotten me back into playing around with looks. It also helped me to play around with my new MUA eyeshadow.

So the magic ingredients were:
  • Make Up Forever Color Cream as a primer
  • Mac Paint Pot in Greenstroke as a base
  • Make Up Academy eyeshadow in shade 14-Pearl
  • Bourjois Effect Lumiere Smoky eyeshadow blended out in the corners
  • My trusty Bourjois Liner Clubbing liquid liner in intense black
  • Max Factor false lash effect mascara
  • Benefit eye bright in the inner corners and on the waterline
  • W7 deluxe gel pencil in blackest black smudged into the lower lash.

Seems like a lot but I was getting carried away going through all my stuff- all this just to prance around my bedroom! 2 products of note are definitely my new MUA and the W7 pencil. The Make Up Academy (MUA) range s the new £1 line stocked in some Superdrug shops, I have seen some of the products on other blogs, and at £1 for any item I had to go and get swatch crazy, I decided seeing as it was coming onto my beauty lock down month to be selective and only get this one eye shadow and I have to say for only some loose change this particular shade is really great, the pigmentation is fab, it does sprinkle downy our face and is very blendable. I am not sure if all will be as good but this one worked for me.

The W7 eye-liners, only cost 99p and I have honestly hundreds of them! I give them to everyone as I swear by them, I have never had a liner that lasts so well, doesn't run and looks great all smudged up, a total rave review I always forget to mention! They can be found on line so I would definitely go get one, or 12.

Here is a pretty crappy swatch of the MUA on the left and the paint pot on the right to get an idea, and together it all looked like....

Please ignore the rushed job, the day old make up and the fact I am mostly foundationless and can see all of my bloody freckles, gahhh I did not realise how many I had till seeing these. Sigh...

I really should go and scrub all of this away now and get some well needed beautyh2t sleep.

Much love,

Bx
